Congratulations to Victor Martinez
2007 Champion of the Arnold Classic
The torch has been taken
no need to pass it

Victor has always had size
but this show he came in dry and tight
it was never about working out with Victor
it was about getting his diet just right

So when you hear his name now
it's all hail the champ
he wants to leave his mark
now he's made his stamp

He's a legitimate threat
for bodybuilding's ultimate crown
The Mr Olympia Sandow
Jay, Ronnie, Victor, Phil
it's about to go down

This maybe the best show
that the Olympia had seen
in years maybe ever
I feel sorry for the judges if
everyone comes in at there
best how do you judge who's
better

Ronnie said that Victor
would be a future holder
of the Mr. Olympia Crown
so maybe Ronnie didn't
see it coming but the future
maybe now

Congratulations to

Individuality
ah weights, i have my own set here, just started them up again about 4 weeks ago, nothing too hefty though, i just do a small amount and then use an exercise bike, more to stop aches and pains than to be muscly.
