This is the first in a small collection of "love letter" poems that I'm writing.
This one I wrote for my 'girlfriend'. She's a bit older than me at 22 and I'm just barely gonna be 19 here. (Dunno why you'd wanna know that tho)

Anyway, it's a

Love Letter From Me

As these days go by,
and as the seasons change.
As we remain unscathed.
I ponder burning questions,
a response programmed.
You're surely yet to choose,
but however will I know?
If you were sent here just for me?
Come away with me.
Come to stay,
and I'll say so many words to take it back.
But who will light your face?
If ever I should fall forever.
Where would you run for closure?

My mind would race on silver wings.
Towards the heaven's, would I see?
All such beautiful faces, none of them are here for me.
You were the only one to light my eyes,
and you'll never siese to be.
But who would you run to,
if there were no more me?

Never would I admit,
but from these clouds I cannot see.
If ever I should give, on earth where would you be?
Smiling down to see, your pretty face was looking up for me.
Oh but crying eyes will only say so much.
Years endured without a single touch.
A happy mind we all did see.

When you smiled and sealed your eyes.
Pretty face still looking up for me.
You cried your heart enough for me,
and an angel now would see.
Had you still the love?
To ascend your way to me?

If ever would you say,
if ever you were to speak your mind.
I'd surely love to hear it,
because everything you say is kind.
How she smiled and pulled you out,
the angel with her open mouth.
Cried your eyes out,
all your way to me.
