I belive love and hope, the same thing essentially in my mind, is the one thing that keep people from going insane in times of unbeliveable hurt....this is for that love ...

truths by our hands

lampshaded shadows
soft satin sheets
walnut and spring telling

of lost encounters
stripped in their make
a sea of broken time

your soft whisper at nights
as air raids told of doom
painted years in our minds

silver beam
moonlight at our feet
the holding on to dreams

precious and sweet letters
truths by our hands
captured apart

and so once more I read
remembering lampshaded shadows
soft satin sheets

your body a part of me
in a silver beam
painting years in our minds

fear a word we kept a secret
in air raid nights
