Ochre Moon

Behemothic ochre moon
How majestic do you float
Upon a blackened sea
Such passion you evoke

Sprinkling careless moondust
Ever as you beam
In lover's eyes enticing
A mystifying dream

Adorned in flaxen moonshine
Beguiling is your glow
Hearts and minds surrender
To your magical golden show

This ethereal connection
Mere humans cannot deny
Transfixed upon such beauty
Held captive, they but sigh

Colin Skilton
Hello Pretty Lady
As i write this the moon has finally cut through the dark rainclouds that have plaqued us here for ages. Its a beautiful glorious deep white oasis after the rain.
Ochre moon that we all may share.
Lovely poem from a lovely lady
