Brief description on the story below. Quincy Taylor standing 6'4" and at 320lbs + ran his mouth before the Europa Show predicting himself or should I say guaranteed himself in the winner's circle 1st place. Results are he came in fourth behind
Silvio Samuel- The Europa Champ
BIG WILL HARRIS-2nd Place
Big Bill Willmore- 3rd Place
most ppl. when they make guarantees the at least come in second, but Quincy has set a new standard. Being taller then everyone doesn't guarantee victory it just means your foot's got a longer journey to reach your mouth.

who came in
His guarantee wasn't
worth the breath he
wasted to say it
Bodybuilding is a
spectator sport
not a tongue wagging
contest you have
to display it
When asked what about
Silvio, Quincy said he's
simply not big enuff
Silvio won the Europa
so Quincy you know where
your foot can be stuffed
As if that wasn't bad enough
Quincy didn't even come in second
or third he came in fourth
and I wouldn't be a avid bodybuilder
if I didn't mention this
him coming in fourth even was
the judges being generous
But you can make a gurantee right
now before the next show Quincy
will be running his mouth still
Oh BTW, as a side note watching
Quincy's workouts at the gym
is like taking a sleeping pill
Quincy I do have respect for you
and a piece of advice next show
why don't you try it
in addition to cutting calories to
look good on stage at the pre show
interviews put your mouth on a limited
words diet.

I've got nothing but respect for bodybuilders (yes even QUINCY) it's a tough life to eat right and train that much, but the one's that run their mouths well that's an exercise that should be taken out of the pre contest preps.Brief description on the story below.
