6-Weeks of Pure Hell


Called to "ARMS"

It's arm day baby
Bis, Tris & Fore
Hit them til failure
then hit them some more

This workout surely will
be the ultimate test
because as Ozzy would
say for the wicked
there shall be no Rest

The reason I've written so
many inspirationally pieces
lately it's like Pookie in New Jack
but instead of crack
It's the Iron "it just be calling me"
and you know I have to answer
that

And as usual I will lift
heavy weights yet
still maintain correct form
this may not be Bush's war
but nevertheless I've
been Called to "Arms"

That sure was a inspirational piece! I'm too lazy to workout so I'll keep on enjoying my walks with the dog instead and will send a thought to everyone sweating in the gym. :)
