The child who amazed Priests
On Calvary He defeated the beast
So that with the Father we may feast
If we believe in Him and confess at His feet
Our Transgression, He won't convict
The Father's perfect love: the world's gift
Left His Glory but amongst His people, a misfit
Like a doctor doesn't come for the healthy
He came for those that in the Father's eyes aren't worthy
Them, He saved by His mercy
Through His strives we were freed the world says
The traitor handed Him for 3 dimes as He said on the last feast
To the enemy he was handed over with a kiss
They freed the thief
Convicted the prince of peace
