Happy happy

All that happy is hard to take you know
it is just too much,

Who are you to go around with such a silly smile

well things are
the way they are

And still
And still

Sunshine, grass, a purring cat and apples on a tree
Children sleeping late and summer is not quite yet over

What looms around the corner
is not here
not now.

Let me take this breather to remember
what it was all

Very nice. I thought that "breather" was an Aussie saying. Time to sit back relax and maybe even have a whinge :)

Sound advice, nicely presented.

A balance is necessary in order to foresee and prevent further disaster, but we must from time to time remember and see the bright side in order to want to save it. I like this poem. It shows the balance.
