I can't exactly say that this is a great write, can I? Though I haven't yet reached my teenage years, I hope to keep a good relationship with my parents. Thank you for sharing, though, Pen. :)

Just a thought.

Very well written, thought through. I don't particularly agree with you on the part:

"They can't be seen except in sleep"

I seem to have a tendency to zone out at random moments, dreaming about something or another. But then, that's just me! ^_^ . Wonderful as expected.

The Spice Of Life.

A very interesting write. Someone that understands the fairer sex. That's rare. Of course, it could be just that my opinion is as low as a twelve-year-old's could be when it comes to men.. But, I say again, great write! I'm going to get my mom to read this. see what she says. ;D

OR AM I?

I am on agreement with Monsieur Albert on that Pen. You are most definitely sane. And not only do outsiders think that all poets must be a little loony. My classmates think I'd went wacko when I said I liked poetry. -.-;

But great write Pen, as always. Wonderful.

If you could change the world.

2005-12-13
I would just leave the world as it is. Peace, for what it is the most 'common call' would not last, if Human Nature intervened. No more disease means the world might become seriously over-populated. Again, human nature would pay a call, as some will believe others have more, and start the warsall over again. After all, weren't the wars and battles of the Middle Ages based on who had the most land? And with wars come famine, starvation to those whose home just happens to be on the warfront. A new world would most likely run in the same direction as our present one does. Pushed there by bad rulers, unjust laws made by those said rulers. So all in all, it would not really matter what we chose, it would not last.

On a happier note, this is a splendid write and I sincerely hope to see more. Lovely.....^_^

Daddies girl.

It's very good but a bit sad towards the end.

Rabbits day out

"It might just be you, that they want to eat."

That made me laugh. A very good poem. It made my mum laugh when I read it to her. Wonderful.. ^_^

Separate Beds

My cousin's shih tzu does that as well. Except he doesn't want to be fed. He wants to sleep on the bed. Very nice poem there.

BREAKFAST TIME

It's truly sad how these people are treated. After all, it's not like they chose to be born there like you said. But great poem there, I await others.

Good night children

Very beautiful. I'm compelled to read it out loud to myself. It's absolutely marvelous. Bravo.

Snowflakes

Absolutely beautiful as always. It projects a wonderful picture for people like myself who have never seen snow. :). Wonderful.

Deer in the Park

Unlike others, the phrase 'Fur like liquid chocolate' to me is not the best part of the poem.

And the mist,
Like a soft white curtain,
Closed on me.

Entralling. It implies something I can't put my finger on.. But well done!
