Hailstorm(Renrhyme)


A posy of hail
sideways cascades
down in wind blown sheets,
the sound is deafening.

The rain pelts down sounding like a drum,
a posy of hail
hitting the ground hard, falls
down in wind blown sheets.

the rain changes direction, it
sideways cascades
down drenching everything,
the sound is deafening.

I like this. The language is economical and strong, and the rhymes are sparing but effective.
