War Profits Affected


Dull roar of your ignorance
chilled by your belligerence
stealing children's innocence
annoyed by your indifference

War kills the innocent and profits the rich
high in ivory towers you don't see
what it really costs to be "free".

"When the rich wage war,
it's the poor that die"
they never get to say goodbye
the rich about the victims do not cry

.....so long as profits are not affected.
