For what is beauty?
Shall we accredit those guilty of vanity with time of day?
beauty is all but glamorous,
above love and hate, and denial
Beauty is not about who is about who,
or what is what,
but perhaps the things that are now down
were originally flying
Beauty to me is a child sleeping,
the simple semblance of your lover's awakening
For the beauty we engross,
will warm even the most glacial heart
Your beauty I adore,
your love I implore.
For I embrace the warmth of your body,
two souls intertwined in a never ending frolic
Your beauty embraced,
your oppositions vanity disgraced,
your beauty sways,
I welcome your taste,
I envision you and all your glory atop a hill
draped in billowing garb,
Leaving me in a love struck awe,
for a sip of your wine I draw
Your fairness keeps me astound
vanity nevermore your beauty cannot sway.
