insight

 

 

i see it all at first glance

except the end

 

the glint, the ease

the confidence

 

she takes me in

i dive in 

 

she engulfs me

i am engulfed

 

i am her everything

she is mine

 

i see this

because i am living this

 

now, the dènouement

an almost unbearable pain

I really like the way you have structured this, and it describes what I see as the lamentable pattern of living a love, or, indeed, a pleasant life (if you are fortunate to experience that). If you look at it from a distance, you can be forgiven for thinking that the whole damn thing ends with some form of pain. There's no getting away from it because if your life is not pleasant, it will be a pain in itself! [My brain hurts!] Blessings, Allen
