Because coffee makes me really, really hyper
and i've been feeling down
I've been drinking too much of it and been really hyped
one minute then quiet and [more] down the next.
[but at lest I realise this]

Have to give up the coffee



30 cups in two weeks
alternating between high and down
I drink it to get hyper
and because, for a while,
I lose my frown.

But, because I know,
that it is not a 'natural high'
I have to give up the coffee,
and face my problems
to make them go away and die

.....so I can get back to me.

...some coffe to much, often make the head feel a little dizzy...but it tastes so good..and after somewhile, you just must have it..the addiction is there..but it tastes so good...with milk, cream, chocolade...i love my coffe...and i loved this coffe-poem...think i, going to make some...
Really like how you made it sound in the end..it put another meaning over it..

Very good..I have a problem using food to comfort myself..as so many people do. It makes ya' happy for awhile..then when the buzz or whatever wears off..you are back to square one. Good luck!
