The second year I wrote an Easter piece, there's a follow up about further tales on the Vet. I also wrote a Christmas series that I started about my family and just drew out of control you know how sequels tend to do. It's a four part series call One
so was his hen
theirs was a
misdimeanor
they spent a
week in the pen
Rooster got wind
that Rabbit was
out on bail
he would be
out gunning
for him looking
to put more than
stuffing in his tail
Rabbit brought one
of his main problem
solvers to town
Rhino and this guy
stayed strapped and
armored down
Word was this new cat
Siamese moved in
on the block
Rooster knew where
this was headed
not three days after
Rabbit got home
Siamese got deaded
Rooster heard about it
and it hadn't even
been on the news yet
Siamese and his cats
all got stretched out
on the Vet
The Vet was a strip
that Rabbit ran
he could get anything
if you need it
it also put more cats
& dogs to sleep
than Tempur-Pedic
Word is Rabbit brought
in another Killa
This dude wasn't like
the apes he ran with to
solve minor problems this
dude was a real Gorilla
Rooster remembered him
from last year this
dude had a mean temper
and a F&*(ed up grill
down on the south side
of Vet last year
he stomped Raccoon
into roadkill
A month ago Lion came
through with a bunch of
these Tiger cats from Auburn
Rooster thought then when
will these cats ever learn
It never ceases to amaze him
it seems to happen all the time
Lion came thru, Rabbit and
his boys filleted those felines
All this was thought of
as Rooster kneeled calling
for BossHog
but he wasn't coming this time
as Rabbit gave the signal,
the blade came down
and Rooster ran down the
Vet like a chicken with
his head cut off
