Written for my Creative Writing class, in which we're given 20 mins to write anything on a topic given. Topic was "Silence"


All that is heard

Deep within the darkness.
Down in the depths of my soul.
There hides a secret,
left to be untold.
Deep within the heart,
lied the words, I wish to say.
There lies the feelings,
left to grow, each passing day.

But everytime,
locked into his radient presence.
The secret lifts from the darkness,
lifts from the soul,
out of my heart,
coming into words...
and yet all that is left to be heard,
Is nothing but the Silence.
