walking past others in need,
wrapped within our selfish bubble,
driven by our own greed.
Take for granted,
the simple things are,
to help others, to walk in their shoes,
is just to take a step too far,
it is too easy -when you've got your own -
to ignore someone elses blue.
Yet it does not take much,
to brighten someone's day,
a kind hello,
is all you need to say.
It is just that easy,
to touch someone's heart,
and a simple hello,
is a great place to start.

A simple smile is a great place to start.
Too caught up in our own troubles,walking past others in need,
wrapped within our selfish bubble,
driven by our own greed.
Take for granted,
the simple things are,
to help others, to walk in their shoes,
