So now the time has come
And out the year is fast beginning to run
A blessed 2009 to you all and for PoetBay,
The poetry excellence has only just begun.


Marvellous blessings to you all,

Ensure you are happy and safe,

Relaxing in the company of family,

Retelling the ups and downs of the year,

You all are friends that I hold dear.

Cheers to all you wonderful poets,

Hope the New Year for you is Blessed,

Rejoice in the end-of-year festivities,

I hope you get your wishes granted

Stay safe my dear, dear friends,

To all I send good cheer,

Most of all keep writing excellent poetry,

As your words are the snapshots of your life,

Santa is watching so be good, happy and safe.
