I wrote this as a '10 poem project' for English in my 10th grade year. (I got an A!) surprisingly I wrote all 10 the night before. =_=. well it was to write 10 poems on a book we've read. I chose "The Vampire Lestat" by Anne Rice (My fave author!). A

Choice

No one likes to be forced
Into something they do not desire.
Nor forced into something unknown.
One should be given the choice to choose,
Which path that is either to win or to lose.
Here I can take or make a life,
The Choice is yours,
Can be either good or either bad,
For I am giving you the Choice.
I never had.

familiar with lestat :) so it was neat to find that i "get" this one without trying too hard. and it was cool that lestat did offer louis a choice, in fact he wouldn't do it until he asked, as i recall (am i wrong?) 'loose' should be 'lose' but other than that no gripes. a nice write,

WELL DONE and WELL SAID!!!! Choices are very personal. What may be the right choice for one could be all wrong for another. Very nice!!!!
