A love poem, which is in the drafting stage. I like what I have written because it gets my point across, but I am open to suggestions on how to make the poem more rhythmic.
Your aura enlightened my spirit,
Within a compliment and a kiss
The walls of glass protecting my heart were melted away as if they were water
This liquid did not drain my system, no!
For at that same moment a seed was planted,
It had the perfect location,
and the level of perspiration
sprouted the growth in my heart
Although stunning, the flower will never bloom
without a source of light
How long must it remain in the shadows of a moment passed?
