My Star Is Light For Darkened Heart



Through amber lit darkness
my star is shining here
to help soothe your fear
gently it caresses your soul near

Through any night of shrouded black
within my starlight you can lay
it's burns bright to keep your demons away
and sheltered for eons of time you can stay

Yes you have the strengh to carry the stone
your tears are our private swimming hole
where we can bare our naked soul
and I can try to make your heart again whole.
