I've had serious writer's block where I've started to scribble lines
& just can't finish anything so I've thrown all the half-started
poems together into a jumble & hope it makes sense.

Lovely Jumble Day.




Although my words do not say much
I hope that they can convey enough,
of what I really want to say,
on this writer's block day.....

.....Dark moods of brooding
amid a noisy colour riot of
contradicting emotions feuding and
sinister head voices that just won't be quiet

For.....

.....Death contemplated complicating relations
of lovers who seemed perfect at the start,
disguised as that meddlesome Cupid,
to complex matters of a damaged heart.

I heard.....

.....They say that "If you play with fire, you get burnt",
but together, Honey, we can Master those flames,
come, let's increase our fire and you will
feel the forbidden passion it contains.

And.....

.....Regretful moments, would you erase,
if you had your life over again?
It's memories of moments, that,
create the character you are.

I really hope that this makes sense?
for it's a jumble of what I wanted to say,
but even if make sense it didn't, I hope that.....
