Amuse Bouche




"Amuse bouche",
The French
Have the right
Idea.

I need something
To give instant
Interest,
Not a shock
To the system,
But a gastronomic
Delight,
To break,
The long
November nights.

An ooze
Of fine caramel
Hits my tongue
Et voila!
Amused?

Very.
