She beckons. I'm bewitched.

Your hidden kiss

Your skin
flirts with my vision
I smile subconsciously
and purse my lips

Your color
stirs the background
I let it wash me
my eyelids flutter

Your closeness
invades history
I remember time
and exhale the past

Tender with a graceful beauty in my eyes. I very much enjoyed this. Thanks.

Such a gentle and almost reverent love poem, not an unnecessary word and in its simplicity very evocative and sensual. The last stanza is perfect, and not an ending but a beginning.

It must have been a beautiful moment to be remembered so tenderly, I really enjoyed this and such an excellent final line.
