*Excerpt from 'The Book Of Jake2Jake'*

Past The Sun

A voice singing like wind on the river shadows brushing past the sun
Baskets woven from the leaves of dreams and rhyme,
Sail like dancing angels spreading heavens wings wide as they spin
No one is there to wake or yawn ten thousand daybreaks before dawn
Listen for a moment, rapt in a trance heavens never end,
Only the songs of light ever growing a day to flower over night
Rich nightsoils composed of the body that lies and dies so grave
Feel the river rise and wave freely to the day, loves everyone
A voice singing like wind on the river shadows brushing past the sun.

'This is the first installment in a creative writing project to be entitled Jake2Jake, as only one may be a tangle but it takes 2 to be really Jake.'
