Snow Movie

there was a movie playing on my window

as the curtain of night drew across the sill

a cast of dancing stars began to sparkle and swoon

some sighs escaped as the wind

breathing chills, frosts into the air,

began to sing to her, then

the moon let down her dreamy hair,

laying seas of snow upon

the round domes of gingerbread homes

rose like little hills above lilliputian yards

and all the town roads filled

with confectionary sugars white

as a deck of Wonderland playing cards,

danced a merry jig all through a Winter's night...

Fascinating imagery! Love the "lilliputian yards" which gives both depth as well as extensions of thought and imagination. Fantastic!
