A confession of inner struggle with whispers, corruption, and evil across all realms of existence, finding peace only in complete remembrance of God.

When I Mention You Completely

Dear Lord, wherever I go—through the physical world, the emotional world, the mental world, the spiritual world, or the digital world—corruption is there, evil is there, confusion is there, and whispers are there. And I do not like whispers, Lord.
The Qur’an speaks about waswas. I do not fully know it, but I know whispers. And the whispers in my head are bad, Lord, and the whispers in the physical, mental, emotional, digital, and spiritual worlds are all bad, my Lord.
The only time I do not see, sense, or feel an evil presence is when I mention You completely. And by completely, I mean that I mention You with all of me, and not with less of me, as if I were mentioning something I do not fully mean.
When I mention You with all of me, with the complete of me, You are there, Lord, and You are so amazing. It is true that You are not associated with anything or anyone, and especially not associated with evil. Not even waswas, evil whispers, or whispers can reach You.
When I am blessed with Your presence, I am not there, Lord. Only You are there. And You alone, Lord, are amazing, and I am not. And I am not You, Lord, but I am blessed to know You.
And I am blessed to see You, and I am blessed to see You, and I am blessed to see You, and I am blessed to see You. And I am only blessed if I can eternally say that I am blessed to see You, for You are truly pure and holy, and nothing can reach You except what You will.
