A truth about words
It helps us eat to stay alive
Yet beneath the wonder
Lies a poisonous venom
That stings and destroys
Each word that releases
From your mouth
Has the power to bring down
The strongest warrior
The biggest Ego
And the biggest jerk
Each word strikes with a force
That carries volumes of meaning
So in this case
When you think about the tongue
And the vicious words it can produce
The pen really is mightier than the sword
