Careless Moonlight

Black and white scenic plains
Bring up memories long ago
You fill up places in my heart
Long since repaired from strife
Each step a patronage to hurt
Each sight a painful reminder
Nightfall is a call for action
Sunrise is my only escape
If love is what you truly aspire to
Then release blocked feelings
If hate fuels your every action
Then stop and think
The moon has no emotion
Rises and sets by the hands of time
Not knowing you killed me
I and the moon now are one

Oh Aaron, you, dear one, are filled with emotions. They radiate from you like the light beams from the moon. This is a beautifully written poem filled with the essence of all you are.
