This is for one of my very best friends, the 4th of March she turns 20 years old.


20 Years

20 years have passed so fast,
your head filled up with memories.
Remember all the good things,
learn from what was bad.
For with each new step you learn something new,
Your head fills up with wonder.

Now 20 years, it's all your choice,
No options have been barred.
You look ahead, what do you see?
You see what you wish, you see what can be.
Make true your wishes and do what is right,
Your life is in your hands.

Live life with joy and don't forget,
The people who all love you.
They will stand by your side forever and ever,,
not time nor distance will matter the least.

Now go forth into the world with your head held high,
And enjoy the earth for all it is worth.
