What if we could all be heroes?
What if we could all be heroes.if we had the chance to be the armor of the world.
the sheild that protects it.
and the sword that fights for it.
what if we could all be eachothers armor,
if the world could stand as one,
in the face of any opposition?
what if we could all be heroes.
if we all stopped on our morning jog?
to help pick a fallen child up off the ground,
and we would all step in the way of the theif.
none of us would let what was wrong happen.
we all stood together
for everyone else.
what if we could all be heroes.
a small girl looks into our eyes,
and implores us.
she is dying and she knows it.
what if we still stopped and played with her in the park?
even if she was going to die
just so her last moment would be one of joy.
what if we could all be heroes.
what if we could be this girls last hope
for a happy end ?
what if we all had this chance?
and we all stepped forward and took it,
wouldnt the world be better?
if no one was ever left behind or alone.
what if we could all be heroes.
what if we could all be heroes?
for everyone who came to us
and looked for our help.
no matter how small the deed
we would all help out anyway
and we would all be heroes!
