I WAS NEVER GONE

I was never gone.
I was here where I belong.

And that is being lost in love.
That same love is my flashlight from above.

I was never gone.
I always let love play the song.

Love played in my heartbeat.
When I was here, or in the street.

I was never gone.
Me and my love are one.

I will never leave her.
I was never gone and for a fact I am sure.
